Dreams...

so i have really crazy dreams that are totally in depth and are like mini movies in my head! anyone else have this problem? yes its a problem cuz just like a really good tv show my dreams dont end in a good spot! they always leave me wanting more! in these crazy dreams of mine im usually not me. i could be anyone, like a male or female that doesnt look like me and doesnt have the same feelings i do about situations. most the time whoever "I" am is no one ive ever seen before. just like how movies or shows sometimes bounce from character to character to tell whats going on from different places, well my dreams do that too. they also will have me follow close behind or in front of people like im the camera? its all very strange cuz anyone ive ever talked to about dreams say that their dreams are nothing like mine? also i can remember most of my dreams in vivid detail and i hardly ever wake up without remembering what i had dreamed.

when i was younger i use to be able to direct my dreams. i could think about whatever i wanted to dream about and thats what i would dream about. on top of that when i did direct my dreams i could make the dream go anyway i wanted it to go. in the dream i was usually myself and i could do and say whatever i wanted. i had herd of this from tv and how to direct your dreams and thought id try it and it worked! i use to have very bad nightmares as a child and never got a good nights sleep, but after i had tried directing them my nightmares went away and ever since ive only had a few nightmares whereas they use to be almost every night. i dont direct my drams anymore cuz i really dont need to and it takes a lot of relaxed concentration which i havent had much luck at since iv had kids. :P

so anyways the whole point of this post is to get you prepared for my crazy dreams that i will be posting in the near future.
